Hydraulic pumps are a fundamental part of your hydraulic system; they convert mechanical power into hydraulic energy, providing flow to your hydraulic industrial tool.

And luckily for our customers, there are many different types of hydraulic pumps available. Ranging from those operated by hand, through to those powered by air, electricity and with batteries. Hydraulic pumps can help you to do more in less time.

Above all, powered hydraulic pumps make lighter work of actions such as lifting heavy equipment, tightening or loosening bolts, and cutting corroded nuts for example. They can protect your team from otherwise strenuous and sometimes dangerous movements.

As is the case with any tool, no two hydraulic pumps are the same. It’s important that you choose the right pump for the job.

Battery technology makes a breakthrough for hydraulic pumps

We trust global hydraulics industry leader, ENERPAC for their high-quality range of 700 bar cordless battery hydraulic pumps. Their industry-leading hydraulic tools are designed for reliability, durability and built-in safety to make applications easier.

With decades of experience with developing hydraulic systems and technology, Enerpac’s products have moved some of the largest structures on earth, including the Vegas Wheel.

ENERPAC shares our commitment to pushing the industry forward by providing a wide range of advanced industrial tools and services that ensure the customer operates safely and productively every day.

They introduced their XC series of cordless battery hydraulic pumps to help streamline work on site and help workers access the power of an electric pump, with the lightweight portability of a hand pump.

The advantages of cordless battery hydraulic pumps on your worksite

ENERPAC’s XC series of cordless battery hydraulic pumps offer a versatile solution to Mining and Industrial based businesses and on worksites. The pumps offer the performance capabilities of an electric pump, with the convenience and portability of a hand pump. They can deliver tremendous power in a portable package.

Weighing less than many common hand pumps and capable for use in any position, the cordless hydraulic pumps have a removable shoulder strap and integrated carrying handle. It makes moving the tool between locations easy.

The pumps are designed for a range of industries, including mining, construction, industrial, rail, manufacturing and power generation sites. They are ideal solutions for sites in remote locations that do not have access to power, have sparse operations or where trip hazards pose a concern.

Creating a safer operating environment for your team

The cordless feature of the ENERPAC XC series of hydraulic pumps greatly reduces trip hazards. The bladder reservoir on the pumps eradicate venting and ensure flexible, leakage-free operation.

The ease of relocation and weight of the tools reduces the burden on your team’s backs. Plus it ensures safe practices on site and allows your team to access hard to reach places in any position.
