I have over twenty-six years’ experience in customer service, mostly in the book industry.
I began my career with PERSAS thirteen years ago. While a sea-change from Sydney to the Hunter Valley came with an unfamiliar industry and an incredible learning curve, I love what I do.
My focus is to look after all incoming equipment and spares enquiries via our showroom. In addition, I monitor the company phone and email, and manage two on-the-road Business Development Managers.
I also look after our Quality Management System, our WHS, the occasional IT problem and am responsible for producing most of our PERSAS catalogues, brochures and flyers. I learn something new every day and have a natural curiosity to discover new things. Each day is different here at PERSAS.
A highlight during my career at PERSAS is receiving the Lions Club “Pride of Workmanship” title, which I was nominated for by one of our regular customers. The whole team here at PERSAS value our customers. Winning the award showed me that our hard work pays off!
When I’m not a work, you’ll find me with my head in a book or watching a movie. I am also passionate about trying to keep my little bush property from going wild.
